Payment Terms:
All orders must be fully paid at the time of delivery, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with Gordon's CopyPrint. Some orders may require a deposit before production begins. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and pick up completed orders within one week, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Estimates:
By submitting this order, you acknowledge waiving your right to an estimate before print. If an estimate is desired, please request it here.

Turnaround Time:
While most orders are completed on the same day or next day, the turnaround time may vary based on the size and type of the order, as well as our current workflow.

Collections:
In the event that collection becomes necessary, and the purchaser needs to be turned over to an attorney or collection agency, the purchaser agrees to cover all associated costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees, filing fees, court costs, and collection expenses.
